Senior from the start

FaasHaus is founder-led by Jim and Kat Blackwelder. The people assessing the fit are the same people who stay close to the work.

Start With the PartThat Feels Knotted.

You do not need to arrive with a finished brief or the name of a service. Bring the business problem and the context around it.

01

The website is not producing enough qualified action.

It looks credible, but the buyer journey, offer, proof, or conversion path may not be doing its job.

02

A redesign is being discussed, but the real problem is unclear.

You want to avoid funding a visual refresh when the constraint may sit elsewhere in the system.

03

Marketing, experience, and technology are pulling apart.

Each piece is active, but the decisions between them are not producing one coherent growth surface.

04

The project is complicated enough to need senior judgment.

There are stakeholders, integrations, operational realities, or prior decisions that cannot be reduced to a tidy checklist.

What we will cover
01

What is happening now?

We will get underneath the surface request and understand what prompted the conversation.

02

What has to work differently?

We will discuss the outcome, the people affected, and the constraints shaping the project.

03

What is the right next move?

If there is a fit, we will identify the most useful starting engagement. If there is not, we will say so plainly.

A clear boundary

This is a project and fit conversation—not a complimentary audit or a compressed consulting session. We may form an initial point of view, but responsible diagnosis requires evidence and more than 20 minutes. If that is what the situation needs, we will explain the right next step and why.

Common questions

Know what to expect
before you book.

Is there a charge for the fit conversation?

No. The conversation is a short mutual-fit check, not a diagnostic deliverable.

Who will I meet with?

Kat or Jim Blackwelder. There is no junior sales layer and no handoff to a delivery team you have not met.

Do I need a live website or a completed brief?

No. Come with a real project, a meaningful business problem, and enough context for us to understand why it matters now.

What happens if we are a fit?

We will recommend the right starting point: a focused Growth Constraint Review, a deeper Strategy & Conversion Audit, a Website Transformation, or an ongoing Growth Engine Partnership.
