We collect only the information needed to respond to a request, deliver a requested website scorecard, operate the site securely, and manage our business relationship with you.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request a Growth Constraint Review, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, work email, company, website address, project context, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, credentials, customer exports, or sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
When you use the Website Growth Scorecard, we collect the URL you submit, the public webpage content and technical signals returned from that URL, the resulting assessment, and an optional email address if you ask us to send you a copy.
We also process limited technical information needed to run and protect the site, such as session and security data, IP address, browser or device information, and server logs. Editor accounts require login information and may use security features such as two-factor authentication or passkeys.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, review requests, and requests for services.
- Deliver, troubleshoot, and improve the requested scorecard service.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse, and maintain editor access.
- Meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
Submitting an email for a scorecard copy is not marketing consent. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers and disclosures
We use providers that help us host the site, store information, deliver email, secure the service, and operate the scorecard. If AI-assisted scorecard interpretation is enabled, we may send the submitted URL and the public webpage evidence retrieved for that scan to the configured AI service provider. We do not send account passwords or private website credentials because the scorecard does not accept them.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not authorize our service providers to use submitted information for their own unrelated purposes.
Retention
Scorecard email addresses are removed from scorecard records after seven days. Scorecard records are deleted after 30 days by default. We retain contact inquiries and review requests for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active engagement, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and similar storage
Essential cookies and similar storage support security, sessions, and form functionality. At the effective date of this policy, this site does not use optional analytics or advertising cookies. If optional tools are added, we will provide a clear consent control before activating them.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about the personal data we process. To make a request, email howdy@faashaus.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line and enough detail for us to verify and respond to your request. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Children and external links
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. The site may link to third-party services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes and contact
